Water Fitness Classes

Looking for a way to make new friends and get a workout in? Maybe you haven't exercised in a while and want a safe place to start. We have a solution for you! Our Aquacise classes are a structured adaptive opportunity for all adults. Water provides both balance and resistance for a gentle yet invigorating workout. 

These classes are by reservation only. 

Stretch and Tone

Stretch and Tone is a low-impact, low-intensity class focused on increasing range of motion, joint strength, and flexibility. Gentle movements help you stretch and tone while guided breathing helps you relieve stress. 


Aquacise is a full-body workout with two levels, a slower-paced version in the morning and a faster-paced one in the evening. Both offer a good workout while still being gentle on your body. Everyone is welcome!
