Partner Training
Train with a friend or partner and share the motivation—and the cost. Partner training sessions at the Y combine customized instruction with the added accountability of working out together. One of our certified trainers will design a routine tailored to both participants’ fitness levels and goals, helping you stay consistent and inspired.

Yes! We offer partner and small-group sessions for 2–6 participants.
All YMCA personal trainers hold national certifications and ongoing education in health and fitness.
Youth ages 13–15 can participate in Youth Orientation for safe, supervised access to wellness equipment.
